Options  Remote
Sensor: The Remote Sensor option allows you to locate
the LBW-50 or LBW-420 Ammonia Leak Detector panels outside the
area to be monitored and the sensor from either panel to be remotely
installed inside the area to be monitored. This gives you the safe
advantage of remotely reviewing and acknowledging the Pre-Alarm
and/or Alarm externally from the source of the alarms. The Remote
Sensor can be installed a maximum of 500 feet away from either
the LBW-50 or LBW-420 Ammonia Leak Detector panels. The in-stock
Remote Sensor comes standard with a NEMA 4X box, circuit board
with sensor socket, and 50 feet of cable. Any additional cable
over 50 feet is assessed a minimal cost.
 Stainless-Steel
Washdown Tube: To keep the ammonia sensor dry during the
washdown process, an optional Stainless-Steel Washdown Tube can be
added to the LBW-50 or LBW-420 Ammonia Leak Detectors or their respective
Remote Sensors. The inside diameter of the Washdown Tube allows for
the Test Bottles to be used for the recommended monthly testing and
the annual leak detector calibration. |
High-Low
Temperature Sensor (LBW-420 only): The LBW-420 Ammonia
Leak Detector has the capability to simultaneously monitor the
ammonia concentration and the temperature of the same area. Also,
the Temperature Sensor can be programmed in the LBW-420 to Alarm
at a High or Low temperature condition. The standard Temperature
Sensor comes with the sensor and 50 feet of cable.
Battery Back-up: If a power outage should occur during ammonia concentration monitoring, an optional Battery Back-up can be added to the LBW-50 or LBW-420 Ammonia Leak Detectors. The Back-up Battery is on a constant charge during normal operation. When power goes out, there are approximately 11/2 hours of continuous back-up power to the leak detector for monitoring. The standard Battery Back-up comes with a battery, mounting Velcro, and a wiring harness with black & red leads. Remote Alarm Light & Horn
Unit: To accommodate an already excellent line of ammonia
leak detectors, the optional Remote Alarm Light & Horn Unit allows
for a remote indication (red blinking light and piercing horn) of an Alarm
condition. The Remote Alarm Light & Horn

Unit can be silenced
with the Silence/Normal/Test toggle switch but the red light will continue
to blink. If you happen to forget to turn the unit switch back into the
Normal mode, the horn will alarm again when the ammonia concentration has
diminished below the leak detector
Alarm setpoint. This unit is available for the LBW-50 or LBW-420 Ammonia
Leak Detectors and comes standard with a NEMA 4X box, red light, horn,
silence/normal/test toggle switch, and 50 feet of cable.|
